24 Hour Availability
We are available 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, 365 days a year for inquires, consultation, scheduling changes, sudden events or emergencies. While many agencies require you to utilize their care giving services for a minimum amount of hours per day, Home Guardian sets schedules to needs.. If it is coming in to cook a healthy meal, a hospital appointment or simply a trip outdoors, many of these activities may be completed in a couple of hours.. We customize the care we provide to what works best with your schedule.
Online Monitoring System
We take caregiver promptness very serious. Our Caregivers clock in and out through our automated telephone system that permits us to effectively track hours, arrival and departure times. HGA also offers the online portal 'Family Room'. With our care solution, not only will you be able to keep track of the financial aspects of caring for your loved one, but you will also be able to track the care provided for your loved one whenever and wherever you have Internet access.
Grooming
Grooming may become harder to attain as we get older. At Home Guardian we can arrange for our clients to receive personal amenities such as haircuts, hair styling, physical therapy, massages, manicures and pedicures in order for loved ones to continue to enjoy some of the extra comforts that life has to offer. These services are all part of an independent and dignified life, and can be provided at previously arranged reduced rates for our clients inclusive or apart from home care services.

Your loved ones may have long term health conditions. Your care will be customized to your specific needs and condition. Our highly qualified staff of Caregivers are trained in working with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Cancer, Hospice, COPD, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes, Rehabilitation and many other medical conditions. During our free in-home consultations, we will fully assess your needs and current medical conditions. We understand that the need for a Caregiver can be sudden or urgent. If running short on time or unexpected events occur, we make your experience as stress free as possible by offering around the clock guaranteed services. If necessary, we guarantee that a highly qualified Caregiver will be at your residence within three (3) hours or less of the initial request. If we do not have a Caregiver to begin care within three hours we will provide the next day of service for free. *Some limitations apply.
