Every potential staff member is taken through a rigorous background check and skill set assessment to aid us in evaluating if a potential caretaker meets the primary qualifications for employment with our company.
We select no more than the top ten percent of potential candidates to enter our comprehensive structured training program. Only after the completion of training and the verification of mandated certifications will any applicant be offered the opportunity for employment and the honor to serve as Caregiver to our cherished clientele.

To provide the best assessment possible, Home Guardian Angels offers a free in-home consultation for all potential clients. By placing a simple call or email request, A Home Guardian representative will be scheduled to come out and sit down with family members and loved ones at the location of your choice. During our comprehensive assessment, we will work together to develop a customized care plan tailored to your specific needs. We will also answer any additional questions, cover our policies and procedures and discuss our care rates based on your final assessment.

To maintain the highest standards of our staff, Home Guardian Angels mandates that all new staff members partake in our initial Orientation Training Program and strongly urges participation in further education and accreditation classes offered through Home Guardian affiliates and local government agencies.
